Communism Posted January 19, 2010 Report Posted January 19, 2010 (edited) So, Pat(Sessions) and I are both playing stalker for LMS. He's on strip/Martyr's and I'm on full Martyr's. We start things off well by killing Drax's fcper and by that point pretty much every other fcper in LMS is dead so things are looking good. Fast forward a bit and Pat has stripped Drax and Yuffie has killed him with asura. It's down to 4 people including us. Pat somehow gets the clown stripped(insane dex much)but loses his skill because of tarot. So it's all up to me to kill him. I try to click on him but wait...what's this?!? My mouse battery has given out without any warning, and there's nothing I can do. I backslide to get away and try to fix it quickly but to no avail, it's not just a bug from some other program being open, it's outta juice. I'm on the other side of the arena with Pat whispering me "Alex, hurry, he's stripped and I lost my skill, kill him" and there's nothing I can even do. Then he starts saying the champ is stripped as well. I'm really facepalming by this point but this is too good an opportunity to waste. So I think to myself "MAYBE I CAN DO THIS BY PERFECTLY POSITIONING MYSELF WITH BACKSLIDE AND /BANGBANG". However, I arrive just in time to see Pat get stoned and die from a 22k per hit av from the now re-equipped Exhale. I think to myself "Hey, it's cool, I have stealthwalk and neither of them have magnum break, I can just sit there while I run and go get a new battery really quick." But no, right as I decide to leave, the GM starts saying she's going to kill us all if we don't start fighting. We all start arguing about who should log out. Finally, I unstealth by accident and get killed by asura. I HATE MY LUCK. tl;dr I hate batteries...and my luck. Edited January 19, 2010 by Communism
