Kusanagi Posted January 9, 2010 Report Posted January 9, 2010 Im gonna pierce a rusted steal spear in whoever was the ungrateful bastard complaning about a hard work thats been made for everyones enjoy.... maybe I exagerated, I would just force them Seppuku (suicide by stabing a blade trough the stomach ... then decapitation). Back to topic, I know its a great effort for something like this to be made, And I hope most people do as well (Unfortunaly Im well aware most people in this server really ARE ungrateful bastards), On the Very least Id like to thank Devotion for taking the initiative on a great idea that from the begining I though woulnt have support considering the attitude this server has against big things. ("Want something done, do it yourself and we'll see"). Well that is it regarding the thanks-giving, now Id also like to know if the plan its still on going?, It would be sad to know its been discarded over that kind of people =S, anyway also since the earlier thread was closed Id like to make this one the new discusion about it. Devotion Posted January 10, 2010 Report Posted January 10, 2010 Well I'm honestly very touched. Thank you. I can answer this two ways: 1) The project is on hold because I am the only person working on every custom and I really do feel the type of work on this scale is unequal to the snotty attitude of many players here (that doesn't mean I hate you ;P). I also have opposition from the coding area, as this would be a large project. I want to have class specific sets with matching helm, wings and weapon but I'd need to know the coders would actually get them in game. 2) We've found someone who knows how to use ActOr very well. MrsWazabi (bless her!), was able to .act a Christmas aura no one else could do, and now I've revived so many of my old unfinished sprites that have been collecting dust due to my inability to use actor on my computers, or find someone who can work any sprite. The spark is relit in a way. The Divine Dragon is started, I had intended to go through with it, but things have changed. I really feel a pull down in the community that is really very sad. I can do small projects, and I'm slowly working on the aforementioned helms, but I'd need help and support to really finish everything, and I'm just not getting it. This can't be a one woman show :P

If you're planning on making monsters, lets talk! Would be so awesome if we could collaborate on that and just get this thing done. Not sure if Elina would have time to create a guide, and she seems to her have her personal quirks and methods with her system, but I can mention guide creation. I support you. Lol, thanks ;P
