i think that pets should be able to attack when they become loyal/intimate so that they will no longer be just useless storage items. I mean we spend so much money worth of event coupons catching these pets just to hear that they are useless and are not worth anything. im not saying that they do the same dmg as normal mvp's (even though that would be so cool) but do some amount of dmg to help because atm they are just taking up space in kafra and taking up money to keep feeding them and worrying about them.

I believe you're asking the pets to become similar to a Biochemist's homonculus. If this were to be implemented, it would take some advantages away that biochemists have that other classes don't.

I believe the normal Petite pet casts Heavens' Drive at times though. If you wanted it to be similar to that, then I guess that'd work.

Just let them do normal attacks(?)

[i used to own a bapho jr from another server and it does around 1.7k dmg^^(only triggered when I get attacked)]

Well pets could sometimes trigger a skill perhaps?

In one official server i had a loyal smokie and he would whack monsters(and people) with his tail if i gotten attacked or attacked someone ^^ It was so silly...always missing and when hit he dealt like 17~27 damage xD

Porings, Drops and Yoyos would loot some itens for me too :3

Alice casted a low level Heal sometimes too...these are the only ones i remember ^^"

the reason im suggesting this is because you have it so that we spend so much Event Coupons in the safari zone to get these pets and they are useless. they dont sell well at all and say the same thing no matter what pet you have. if they were able to attack they would be worth more and we can get our money worth from winning these pets from the safari zone. its just a suggestion and it would be helpfull.

i agree. i can't think anything right now, but i'd rather hope pets aren't just for show

Actually Normal Pets do have a skill and Stat Bonuses, How about do the same in Safari Monsters too

they did but the safari zone mobs just sit around and do nothing so its just "for show" at the moment but i hope that this thread will change some stuff to make pets worth while catching and getting loyal and such.

I thought Gravity already implemented Pet's skills? o.o..

Adding this to our pets, I'm in agreement with. Anything else, no. I treat pets like I treat my unreleased headgears, just for show.

if i remmber in the future gravity give bonusses to the pet like :alice -3%damage form demi_humman mosters...

someone can modify the customs pets; for example ghostring -5%damage for natural element -5%hp regeneration.

it will be a good idea for implemet that the pets can attacks and do skills.

i would have to agree that this is the best way to make the market for pets go up. and another suggestion would be to make mvp pets (other then ktull because its too common) give better bonuses.
