Now this is a high rate server, and I believe they needed testing first before implementing them since some of them might be too powerful in high rates. for the time, I don't think it would be anytime soon.

This. I believe it's after all the classes are released, we might do some testing and a lot of nerfing to balance things out between the classes. As Calintz said, this is a High Rate, not a low rate. They will probably won't be implemented for a long time.

Once you change to a 3rd job character you will be able to level past level 99. The level cap for 3rd class characters is base level 150 and job level 50. Ontop of that RO mechanics pretty much changed along with the new classes, if we were to edit fRO to fit in with the Renewal server then PvP would be completely differently from what we currently know.
