For me , during school weeks i miss 50-60 min of Euro WoE because school ends at 3:00 and it takes about 50 min to get home from school and Euro WoE in England starts at 4:00 this. england only makes up a small portion of the server and considering this is american based i dont see it changing.

The link you made there exactly states what's wrong with the European WoE times. gamersrule26 pointed out how much of a downside it is for the average European player. If WoE would be 2 hours later it would be doable for European players, yet it won't for some Asian players. However, they can attend to the normal WoE by simply waking up 'early', 10 am for quite some people, which ain't that bad either. The European players have to stay up till 1-3am to be able to participate in those and now it wouldn't be possible to make European WoE being an event for European players? The irony.
