Annie Posted June 22, 2009 Report Share Posted June 22, 2009 I currently noticed a while back when i started playing again that the prices of some items have doubled, flapping wings are now 0,1 the original price, and everyone thinks theyre fucking awesome when they donate 3000$ and buy shit that makes them hit alot, dissapointed in the changed in the server and the new prices, the economy is now ruled by donating whores who spend all their money on this game.. Since i came back most of the old school pro's left and only a minor amount of poeple that are actually good and not just pure damage whores remain. Ophelia Posted June 22, 2009 Report Share Posted June 22, 2009 There's a lot more access to items for newer players than before: players can now quest for non-donate belts, vote for decent headgears/etc, and if they decide to MvP they can sell the cards for a higher price than before. Fsets have remained the same, Rucksacks have dropped quite alot, Emp auroras now have a stable price. Sorry but the economy has been fucked up, most of the basic items needed for PVP have doubled in price or more, rucksack and emp arent basic items. As Ophelia has stated above, the economy is slowly stabling out and new players have more access to powerful items than they did in the previous year. I am sorry to hear that you will no longer look at Forsaken in a way that you once have, but everything changes over time. I believe and hope that the prices will begin to drop more over time and the economy will reestablish itself, but for the time meaning it is not at a total point of destruction. It's all about how people buy and sell their things.. at this point.. if everyone stays as greedy as they are.. the economy will be hard to fix. What I can recommend is for you to get an mvp party started and farm them somewhere secluded and sell for the prices they are at right now.. that should help with getting a few items here and there. But changing the economy when everyone wants to sell things at really high prices.. is really hard. There are a lot of new updates.. we've had like 5 new vote items over the past 2 weeks. Emp aura's going for 6-8k, are now 2-4k. The MvP's are the only things that are still expensive, but as Oph stated earlier, it gives newbies the chance to get an fking set faster. (Considering they're still like 80-90 per piece). All that people have to do is MvP, farm yggs, ect. In about 3weeks to a month, they'll be pretty set. It's all about patience. I feel that the server is more balanced now, i mean earlier all it took was a few days of farming and you're a pro(you could get quite a bit of gear), i think its a good thing the prices have risen, now people will think twice before buying stuff. Also another + point for the higher prices is that now mvping is really worth the while... A simple guide to get rich would be to farm, the server was a bit to easy and now its balanced if u ask me... If you are a new player, u can farm ygg's or collect the fierce fire armor's and make some zeny, after which u can make a sniper and try mvp'ing the easy mvp's such as skoll and holowring, most the people online or on the forums will answer any of your questions, so please, don't rant without thinking through what you are saying.. When infact, most of the people selling for high prices, don't donate at all. People work for their gear, their items, ect. IF they choose to sell it at a higher price, it's their own decision. It's not the people over pricing's fault, it's the people that are buying it at such a high price who are at fault. Want to fix the econ? Stop buying.
