Where is the place to be Elite

Can someone help me where is the place to become an Elite one.

type @warp for_elite. I think it works. if not. it is in the right side of the map, pass the building you make dragon aura and headgears. there are two guards outside that building. talk to the king of fcity first( go to the north of the map, inside the castle.) then go to the place.
