They could be working behind the scenes, answering tickets, etc. The rule clearly states; 2. Must be on everyday a minimum of 4 hours, if you are not you will be removed without prior notice.

I would say yes because there is always something to do wheather it be answer tickets or fixing a bug. But I could be wrong.

WTF? 7 HOURS!??!?!? OMG WHY DIDN'T I NOTICED THAT D:<! EDIT= Dang I should wrote 7 hours and not 4 hours, sigh.

Masahiro Posted June 17, 2009 Report Posted June 17, 2009 my only hope to the Gms making this decision is that you make a decision based on how best an individual can contribute to your family and this server, their interpersonal skills, their ability to understand the needs of the players and make the experience of the players better overall. (this aside from the recommended qualifications) i personally am not applying but it is my wish that applicants who have posted their details do not become overlooked by a perceived lack of experience or the lack of a glamorous resume, but instead they be judged based on their potential to be good in the role. it takes more than a quadralingual nerd who plays 10+ hours a day and knows every intimate detail about Ro to be a good Gm (who ironically may enjoy killing new or inexperienced members for fun in his free time :P) screen your applicants well ! peace~
