Posted May 7, 2009 Report Posted May 7, 2009 Um befor i start playing here on this server, Id like to know what the servers after cast delays are, Only reason is becuse im used to playing with out any, Not saying that i wont still join provided the after cast delays are not so grimy horrible and unplayible for certain classes. Please answer it be so usefull. Thanks!

Please answer it be so usefull. Thanks! Well, to put it simple: you need 3 kiels to spam most skills at a fast rate, 2 kiels is okay, and 1 kiel doesn't effect much. Each kiel removing 30% aftercast delay :] That being said some skills have a smaller cast delay than others.
