*Kevin* Posted April 22, 2009 Report Posted April 22, 2009 Going full dd or full sb wouldnt be the best choice in my opinion . I go for both , im hybrid and im quite fine with it . SB when is the right time , if not juts go for d+shield or dd or coma+d , usually it works .
death... Posted April 22, 2009 Report Posted April 22, 2009 I prefer DD. SB type, like what nick said, is advisable to use at least 3 kiels and ygg berries also. Some of SB types I already fought spam SB and Yggs at the same time which is very hard to do unless you're pro in using it.

Especially if you're good at spamming it. DD just has the deciding advantage that your attacks will nearly never kill you in one hit on reflect; so if you can spam yggs every other hit or so you won't die to reflect pallies, whereas one SB is usually enough to drop you (or both the pally and you if you're good) in SB. Assuming, of course, you're using incant (as pallies usually have two skolls or one skoll and grimtooth).

Rayray Posted April 23, 2009 Report Posted April 23, 2009 I agree with Nick since I am using DD or sometimes with a shield. But as almost everyone said, SB at the right time could make you win battles, although using SB to a reflect pally is certainly a big no no in my book, since most of the time you would be the one to die because of the reflect. Being hybrid makes you versatile, just as long as you know when and how to use SB or use DD.
