It has nothing to do with equips. If you want to blame it on donation items go right ahead but you are wrong. not i'm not blamming on donators... i say also de old players.. n the normal ppl i mean r those new players jus joining Fro for short time... i mean 2 hav an event every1 can only won the event by their own effort but but get help also by others...

As u see: 1ppl hit half of it him n buy half of the quest item(or help by some friends).. another 1 can only hit all the quest item himself(or help by some friends).. sure the 1 got money to buy win the event i'm saying this for myself cus it was 2 am when the event start... So i dun join the event...(for myself)

On my old server ( the drop was 0.10% ) I had 1k Hydras, and I hunted them for fun. The staff simply tested the NPCs, they had no idea as to what the requirements were. PS: Kingdom, the city did not come with the Dragoon Invasion, no custom city comes with anything, we have done all these NPCs ourselves. You couldn't have done the invasion because the NPC isn't finished nor are the Monsters that come with it. I had the idea for the Dragoon Invasion since the server started ( I had no idea whom you were) do not try to ruin the quest for others simply because you are in a bad mood.

And it wasn't 45min b/c I was on for about 2-3 hours and I checked the drop when I first got on and before I logged off. There were so many people up with chats in fcity selling ice picks >_>
