That's the donation site. When you donate, you send an e-mail with the paypal reciept and your USERNAME. Then, you wait. The tickets should appear in your storage.

It doesn't matter what country you are in. Aslong as your paypal works and has cash, you can donate. Of course, our server is in the United States. So it works.

I dont think i got a reciept. I sent the money in an envelope to the address and wrote how much i donated and what account to send the coupons to. Then I sent a support ticket [or wherever that link lead me to on the donation page] with my account and how much was donated
