Yusuke Posted March 8, 2009 Report Share Posted March 8, 2009 why replace it temporarily. that's terrible, more castles doesn't seem to good either. donate bad maybe emp color change npc, just from colored to original and vice versa. like Purple Emp aura Default purple emp aura and make the npc switch it between those 2 or something. like the valk, since the item changes entirely and not just the color. Yeah thought about it as well, color changer only from the color that you have to the original one and if possible then vice versa but I think the vice versa wouldn't be possible , to return you the color that you specificly had. Yusuke Posted March 9, 2009 Report Share Posted March 9, 2009 I still think that when I suggested to Gen to make the emp auras colorful, he should made it as I asked to, remmember the original emp aura that you walked and it shined in blue color sometimes? That's what I asked , original emp auras that shine with diffrent colors each emp aura and her color for each castle that's all, not that the emp aura will be permanently blue or red or whatever, just when you walk it should have just shine with a certain color, would make it look way better for all the emp auras. Yusuke Posted March 9, 2009 Report Share Posted March 9, 2009 I think pretty much like dragon aura, when you stand it is in a form of dragon, when you walk , it's another sprite or something that looks like turning around or something xD , well I guess with emp aura it's when you stand , it's original color and when you walk , it changes between the original , then turns blue then original, like that I guess. I'd follow Amitsu's advice. They weren't speaking of a color changer at all... What they're suggesting is that when you walk the emp aura flashes certain colors, but while stationary is has one color. It can be done but it'll take more sprites. And yes, the walking sprite would be different than the stationary sprite. I'm not sure how that's coded but Genesis has the Dragon aura as a reference.
