So you say Casting delay with kiel +expert rings Full strip with drill katar. The same way, IN MY BOOK use Fdagger+usakoring shield for reductions.And since they are two handed katars,they cant use usakoring shield so a little hp boost seems fine. And reductions on a katar is a sure NO.

Katar getting one handed is definately not a good idea.If a sinx wants redux let them switch to a dagger+shield ,simple as that.We cannot make every single aspect too convenient just because we want it that way.The server will lack more challenge and its a direct ticket to unstableness.Katar should never have redux either. A katar stats should be like this or atleast something similar to this. Two Handed Katar [4] str+ 20 dex+ 15 vit+ 20 20% more hp and sp Reduce casting delay by 10% 15% more damage on demi human monsters 5% chance to strip enemies armor and shield while doing melee damage.

I meant indestructible as in break.Like weapon cannot break with whitesmith card or tarot. Or does it have any other meaning ? And yes i also disagree with a one handed katar

The stats you have suggested looks fine.But not for the indestructible part,coz that ll make ppl abuse that weapon. Well the major question is. Is it two handed or one handed?[this is an important and problematic question]

How about a lottery event? Lot of players would invest zeny in the lottery npc.The npc would choose a random winner and broadcasts his/her name.The price can be 7 event coupons. And limitations can be given ,if a player invest zenny once,they cannot invest for the next 30 mins.The lottery winners name can be broadcasted anytime so randomly. Just my personal opinion :)

First a one handed bow came out -Whats happened has happened no use arguing about it anymore.So its fine Then one handed katar was suggested. And now its a one handed gun? Can it get any worser?

As i mentioned before,halloween event doesnt have mvps or mini bosses,and they never drops custom equip or custom cards.Its different from halloween event. I am talking about an event that will make new players stay in the server.How will they know about a good event if its hosted only once or twice a year. halloween event can have separate custom mobs which drops other special stuff besides the normal event mobs.

I saw this event in another server. A sudden message pops up saying 'Monsters have invaded prontera city[or any map]' Lot of custom mobs gets spawned there. We gotta find 3 custom mini bosses and kill them,which drops 5 event coins[or coupons] When you kill the 3rd mini boss,another message pops up saying a major MVP has been spawned.The mobs keep on spawning till you find and kill the major MVP boss. If we kill the mvp, it drops 15 event coins [or coupons].Name of the player who got mvp while killing the major boss will be broadcasted like "xxxx has saved the city from invasion". To spice up the event a custom equip can be dropped or a custom mvp card with good attributes.This will motivate players to participate in the event. Forsaken ro had mobs spawning on halloween/xmas,but it just drops candies/goodies that gives some temporary buffs and it didnt have custom mini bosses/mvp.But this event is more than that. If this event is hosted i believe lot of players would encourage it.

Disagreed. The prices of mvp cards will go even lower.And secondly players will ignore the exploration needed to find the mvps. This is not necessarily needed, players can use professors to summon mvps using abracababra skill.
