It seems pretty irrelevant, I'd rather work be done of the elite weapon so priests can eventually hit a decent amount of damage; whether in INT build or STR.

Hopefully the book will be edited to a mace and a new weapon will be added for INT builds.

I tested it out, hits around 3k on shield, 6-7k on no shield ( people don't tend to default usako with priests.. ) with incant. 1k-32k with Thana, LOL.

If dealing damage isn't a role for priest then why do they have Mace Mastery? Atk buffs? Just because you say that class isn't mean for dealing damage, doesn't mean they shouldn't. Priests need to deal damage to stand a chance in PvP for the most part on here. I don't see the problem with heal since I can heal for 30k, and it's easily spammable. The only problem with full int is HP.

We are currently looking into how we can achieve class balance to help other classes be part of the game and not just sinx / champs. I don't think we should add another skill, as Ryoji said any class can use bolts. Instead, to aid Holy Light, we can add a new elite weapon for priest that boosts int / MATK. Even maybe add a boost to heal on the weapon? As for making buffs a higher level, I thoroughly disagree with this. Buffs are NOT useless; buffs are very helpful for any class you play. & yes, we do have people dual clienting priests to buff themselves...
