Well, perhaps edit the most used cards by gypsies:
Skoll :
Decrease Vit defense by 40%
Max HP + 6%
Perfect Dodge + 1
[ Gypsy, Clown ]
Decreases vit defense by a further 20%, totalling [60%]
Max HP + 25% ( + 6% ) i.e: 130k = 170k.
(or 15%, since 2 skolls can be used)

Idk, just came up with these quickly. None of them would make Gypsies overpowered, but would help us just have a little more survivability. Basically, balance things out.
Edit : Before complaints about the abilty to use 2 skolls, it technically isn't going to add much already due to our shitty HP and we'd get asura raped, and raped by many other things.
