uhh, i don't know names,
but i'm guessing the 2nd one's is "Tony's"?
'cause i'd vote for that one.
both have sweet graphical components,
but the 1st is a little too monotone (or duotone, to be literal)
so it gives it a little bit more of a bland look,
plus the even distribution of all the colors makes it hard to see where to focus your eyes.
& the text looks like its placement wasn't completely thought through.
the 2nd one does look a little busy,
but the overall completed look it has,
and the fact that the designer was capable of using every color,
and introducing some other ones,
while making it still look cohesive is a total +
