I don't agree with the rewards that were mentioned, but I am liking the concept. It think it is fair to add a reward to the non-donation pvp rank. Maybe they can make a non-donation reward token with rewards that are similar to that of the normal pvp rank rewards, but perhaps a bit toned down.

I believe you're missing the point. What I suggested was to add on the effect of the drake card to the weapon with any additional demihuman/medium/whatever effects that were being discussed. That way, you will be able to make a weapon that is very close to the other legendary weapons without having to arbitrarily increase the demihuman/medium/etc effects until it is deemed fair. Again, same as what I stated above. My suggestion was to add the Drake effect in conjunction with any other demihuman/medium/etc effects that were being discussed here. Simply put, the new dagger can have the exact same effect as the other pre-existing legendary weapon(s) for assassins but with the Drake card effect. It seems like the size penalty is the main concern in this topic and the Drake card effect solves that.

The size penalty with weapon type only pertains to the base attack of the weapon. Therefore, in your case, the base weapon attack is 100 and it will be reduced to 75. This is a very small penalty on such a high rate server here, but if you are so concerned about it, why don't you give the dagger the same effect as a drake card? Easy solution. And regarding other weapons that do have a size penalty, two-handed swords, axes, and fists also suffer from the same size penalty. I'm not too familiar with the donation and legendary weapons here, but I'm sure that there is a donation/legendary fist that suffers from the same penalty.
