so...if he already has 80 qpon.. does 10 more really make a lot of difference? also, it can be used to diversify ur pvp skills. putting on full set of +10 is ~30-40 more hard defence (aka take 30-40% less dmg). which means it's a great way to reduce damage from players without thana/ice pick "Also it makes it cheaper for me when I want to buy new armors" i already stated from the example why the price will not fluctuate. if fking armor is 90, u wont sell it for 65 if the npc charges 20 (because if the guy refines it, it only costs him 85, rather than the 90 full price). therefore, if he sells it for 75-80, it's STILL THE SAME PRICE. please give specific examples of how the economy would change if u disagree plox and b9 iz coo we still buttbuddies <3 LOL ...wait that's neil's job. ^____^

how so? please explain. +10 is about 10-20 qpon cheaper than +0 anyways. edit: or if the npc charges more, say..25-30. so that ppl who sell +10 would still sell it for 10-20 less. eg. fking armor from player = 90qpon +10 fking armor from player = 80 if the price is 20 qpon, i need to buy the fking armor for 70 from players to break even, which no one would sell for less than that anyways. therefore, people who sell fking armor would still aim at 75-80, and people who buy +0 would still go for the same price.

as the topic says. we should implement an npc that charges qpons (10-20?) that will let u reset the refined level of ur armor or weapon that u have. or even better...just make an npc that simply asks what level do you want ur weapon as? input 0 and it's 0, and input 10 is 10.
