There's the warpers but, everyone uses the @go or @warp commands.
@go is a command for going into set places in cities, try typing @go and see what the city codes are, or just type out the city name itself, i.e.,
@go prontera (or @go 0)
@go fcity (or @go 25)
..and such.
@warp is used for random warping or warping to a set coordinate in a particular map, and you will have to provide the map name you will want to go.
@warp for_fild01 - warps to a random coordinate in the map south of Forsaken City (fcity)
@warp for_fild01 200 200 - warps to for_fild01 coordinates 200 200.
You can type /where to find out about the map name of the map you're in, as well as the coordinates of where you are standing.
Finally, you can use www.ratemyserver.net and go to the map database to discover more maps on your own.
