I have to agree. Clowns are OP. Fightin' one on my champ is annoying. First, they have tarot. If I switch to GTB, they have AV. They also have that tarot ability that doesn't let me move, that means I can't even asura. And TSS is useless if they cloak. No, I won't switch my fuckin' class. I thought this was supposed to make things more 'balance'. Come on, guys. Lets keep boostin' the classes till we all have 1M HP.

The buffs aren't OP. You just need to take some out. Keep the 'basic' buffs. No stat adding either.

Kinda like this but it'll just say the name of the card. The name of the card would pop up on the caster's head so he/she will know which card is in effect without having to turn effects on. For example, when someone casts tarot the character says, 'Tarot Card of Fate'. We could replace that with the name of the card.

Lol, I like this a lot. but I'm suggesting WITHOUT effects on, this means I wouldn't be able to see the card.

Everytime another class casts a skill, the name of the skill would appear on top of the head, correct? So, why not replace when the clown says, " Tarot Card of Fate " to say the name of the effect or the name of the card?

I know someone was gonna say it, lol. And I agree with Rang, it would also help the victim bein' tarot'd so they would know what to do.

I want to suggest that when you use tarot card, the name of the card appears with the card. I'm suggesting this because for people like me who don't have a fast computer or one that handle the graphics or w/e with effects on could see which card is in affect. For example, the coma card. I can't see it with my effects on so I have to turn my effects on, which lags me and will eventually cause me to die. That's basically it, lol.
