They don't count it as KS cuz MVPs are free kill to all, unless it's Thanatos or Ktullanux or as I said a message above here.

That's if It's a high rate, in low rate servers you have to team up in order to get stuff. all the point in high rate is doing Alone what you can't do on low rates because you are too weak there to do it.

Exactly as I think. Some weak people who like to ruin for others , team up , and attack you when the MVP has low life left , after you worked so hard , they kill you and then kill the mvp , getting all the loot + might be card for themselves. I think in MVP maps , PK should be disabled so only who work really hard and the only the better man , will get the MVP in a fair way , not in a Cheating , stupid way.
