    Alright, I don't care about the two-sec casting time. Or that Kiels are teh better choice. I just want a clear and definite answer to save me time. Does the High Wiz card, which ignores mdef, actually work against players? It logically should do work since Incan, which ignores def, does. I apologize if this simple question offends the pros.
