Unfortunately, your inventory is full. Your reward should be automatically goes to your inventory, but it's full that's why you didn't receive it.. RIP minigame toks.

Your specific character only, or you can't entirely log in?
If one specific character only, you can try to reset its position.

The +10 all stats and 5% HP are already given with Valk Helm + Armor + Cloak + Shoes. No need shield.

Some people are busy doing quest, raids, etc. Some are afk on their respective bases. Some are in the market (@go 37). Some are in for_fild01. Some go online only during woe, gvg, br etc.

You can use zenny for broadcasting, kafra services such as item repair and decards, some quests requires zenny, buying tokens from players, etc.
I think mvp drop rate is at 10%, not quite sure tho.

are you using tyr shuriken? if so
Tyr Shuriken
Max HP + 15%, Vit Defense -10%
Increase Magic Attack damage by 20%
Increase all damage on Medium sized monsters by 30%
Increase damage with Throw Shuriken by 1000%
Increase damage with Throw Kunai by 250%
[Necromancer Hood] Nullifies the effect of Necromancer Hood
