The Kihop bonus only extends up to 10 party members btw. Reasons why I think SG's should NOT be the NERF priority 1. Remove the Napalm Vulcan command from WSG ring. if not, then have the rest of the Grings use their respective chance skills (Clown-Bash , Gypsy Holy cross etc) = Completely useless now, good job. 2. Do not exceed 50% reflect for any class (Because SG's and Champs DIE from reflect easily but NINJA's dont. oh yeah, ninja got nerfed. SURE.) Every class has their pros and cons, get over it. 3. Disable Taekwon Ranker Bonuses (Because working hard SHOULD NOT reward any BUFFS. Let's all live a HAPPY BALANCED life) Die in a fire, I worked my ass off to get on that ladder. Maybe you should try it some time, SG's are just ranker wannabe's. What kinda communist BS is that. 4. SG's can kill 3 classes easily and can be killed as easily as well. If nothing else, at least give each class an after-cast delay cap so all the h3x0rz with sprite edit and macros can't spam skills that normally have reasonable delays at like 10million aspd... (FAS. Full Buster, Gloria Domini, all Bolts, to name a few common ones.) Or something to that effect, anyway. And reporting people is just treating the symptom of a disease that's not gonna go away until you actually cure it, which is why nobody bothers, because if everyone reported every cheater they see, the server would die in a heartbeat...

It will, actually. Having a few players trying to attack you at once is one thing, but adding Devo changes that equation completely, not to mention friendly fire, etc. If you really want another Group vs Group event, then implement Battlegrounds...

The PvP L͋̓͜͡A̧̨ͯ̊̅̒̐́D̈́҉D̡̃ͬ̂̍̑̾ͪ͟Eͨ̀̆͑̏ͬ͐͟R̸͂͆̍ͯ̉͑ͪͯ͞ isn't SUPPOSED to be about teamwork, like every other event on this server, WoE, GvG, BR, etceteraaaaa -- it's SUPPOSED to be a free-for-all -- being able to prove your skills as an INDIVIDUAL, not relying on the collective strength of your guild like a cowardly noob who can't actually do anything by themselves.

I agree cheating of all kinds has become a rampant problem on this server over the last couple of years, and anyone who spends more than five minutes in fild can attest to that if they're being honest. A GM 'police force' of sorts sounds a little authoritarian to me, but I guess that's the level it's come to... It also opens up a greater potential for bias one way or the other, where certain GM's would only punish one group of players while turning a blind eye to their friends, and vice versa. I know Genesis doesn't want to implement any sort of anti-cheat software (like Harmony) because of the many other problems it brings up, and in most cases is easy enough to bypass -- but I feel like something like that would at least weed out a lot of cheaters, and make the ones left behind easier to spot. Something definitely needs to be done, I just can't exactly say what would solve the problem without collapsing the server at this point.

Point blank, if you oppose this, it's because you are benefiting in some way from the current setup and have something to lose. If someone is feeding, that's something that can be looked into and the winners adjusted accordingly. Having parties doesn't combat that in any way, it ENABLES IT on a larger, collaborative scale. Having parties defeats the entire principle of it being a L A D D E R. Here is a picture of a ladder: Only 1 person can fit at the top (or 3, as the case may be here). If you're going to have parties enabled, you might as well do away with it entirely, because it's meaningless other than letting certain groups hoard all the PvP tokens for themselves.

Then why aren't prizes given out to the parties and guilds that monopolize the room, as opposed to the individuals who actually fought their way to the top, as it SHOULD and is DESIGNED to be? It's called a ladder for a reason. The "feeding" you speak of is exactly what I just mentioned, big parties and guilds picking off anyone without Devo that stumble into the room. (It doesn't surprise me at all that the people opposing it so far are all Warsong.) It's ridiculous that I even have to explain this, and makes me question peoples' agendas.

Why is it even enabled in there in the first place, first of all. The whole point of the PvP ladder is to be a free-for-all, king of the mountain sort of fight for 1st place at an individual level, not a collective effort on a particular group or guild's part to hoard all the PvP tokens for themselves, which is what it is at the moment. We already have GvG, BR, and WoE for groups to fight other groups, but this is not what the PvP Ladder is supposed to be. Not only does it completely go against the spirit of free-for-all competition, but it's driven the price of PvP tokens to over five times what they once were. It's not fun trying to fight a whole guild by yourself, it's not good for the economy, it's not good for fRO. Please disable entering the PvP room with a party, and all party manipulation inside the PvP room...

1) How so? At least with Magic Strings specifically? So all their buddies can spam FAS at 195 aspd? 2) You're naive if you think that's gonna stop anybody from doing anything. (No offense, GM's.)

The only, and I mean only, purpose it serves is for players using macros and any other number of hacks to spam certain skills unreasonably fast. #YesALL -- I can already hear the indignant cries of protest, but it really is ridiculous, and I think disabling Magic Strings' effect would be a good step in, if not discouraging the rampant 3rd party abuse plaguing the server, then at least mitigating it's effects a good deal considering everyone and their dog has a low-level Magic String slave. Same logic for why Sniping Suit/Expert Ring/Sprint Ring was disabled, basically. Prove me wrong. :th_e4:

The older predecessors of the new Brutal/Striking/Magical hats (Helm of Darkness/Angel of Ghost/Loli Hat/Etc) don't seem to have the King set benefits, I still get frozen.
