    Hi, I have reached level 200 but all the stats which I have invested in the allocated attributes have ceased buffing my character. When I add stat points to any attributes it says item effect is only for those below level 200. I am not sure if this is a bug or if it is meant to be this way. Anyway, I am just posting this here to get more information regarding to this. Thanks!
