An LK would have to sacrifice a Tao Gunka card to get that 90% with two OLs - decreasing their HP. It's not like pallies who can get 90% reflect with only one OL.

They changed RAW because people were complaining the effect didn't match the description. Someone on the higher end of the authority spectrum must have intended RAWs to give 30% reflect, otherwise the preliminary coding wouldn't have enabled it to give 30%. They must have redecided on 10% reflect since that's what the description says. tl;dr: They made the RAWs down to 10% since people wanted the % to match what the item description said. I agree that there wasn't any reason to downgrade the reflect percentage - in my opinion, it wasn't overpowered, there's ways to overcome it and there's ways to use it effectively without being a 150% reflect paladin. They should have just altered the description to say 30% so people wouldn't be "OMG ITS BUGGED". And, I'm still for 10% SGW 10% Fluffy 25% RAW 15% Vote-RAW

Black imperial looks sexy. Red imperial is interesting...I'd have to see it actually on a sprite though. Not sure. Teal imperial matches the rucksack. Lol.. Silver looks like the old gray valk helm. A little lighter. White imperial looks like the white valk but with more depth and dimension. I like the black the bestest. :) Edit: No scarf update?

It's more useful and changes the gameplay for a lot of different classes. Reduction is great and all, but its uses are pretty straightforward and more defensive in nature. Plus, if we were to say SGW and RAWs should be the same prices since they're both ladder prizes, then the mythological green wings and ice wings would be the same price too. But there's a difference. Anyways, I still think 10% is too low even for a voting reward. I stick with 25% for RAW, and 15% for the vote-RAW. To offset the SGW/RAW value difference, just make the vote-RAW 50% more coupons than the Fluffy Wing value.

I think more people agreed to give stat boosts to SGW since there was a vote counterpart, so I don't see the problem with the difference in RAW vs the vote version.

I'd go for 25% for RAWs, and 15% for the vote versions. 10% is very little. It's not like the SGW where the reduction is taken from the full damage amount. This reflection is taken after reductions is considered.

The vote wing will be another reflect wing.

As we all know. RAW was changed down to 10% reflect to match the description, thus significantly decreasing it's effectiveness and subsequently, value. This was changed because people wanted it to match the description of 10%. My suggestion: Change it back to 30% and just change the description to say 30%.
