Well not everone got sgw and: with devi hat u can be frozen so dmg is increasing.

Well about freeznig : Deviling hat reduce damage from demi human by 15%, but if you are frozen these 15% are eliminated and it has only+10 stats and slot. The effect is a paradox then: reduce damage is but it's not. About irish hat, it's ok!
