Yeah buddy, I had some people over my house talking to me last night while I was typing this.

Actually Keys, this server is one of the best high rates out there. You probably are one of those newbs who expect a high rate to be "Oh let's kill one poring and get to level 255" No this server is actually more fun and and it makes a real challenge other then those garbage servers and honestly, Gold room? What the fuck do you need a Gold room for? My friend and I made two-hundred million zeny in less then four hours. So learn to play the game correctly before you think you are all smart and shit talking about a server. Leveling is hard huh? Well I made a Assassin Cross the other day and it took me two days to get to 255, less then ten hours and yes I did sleep and yes I do actually have a life. So if you want to talk shit learn your facts in the first place, and if people come to a high rate server to PvP then you obviously have it all wrong. High Rate servers are not all about PvP buddy. Way to go and embarrass yourself. "PEACE" out "FAG"

You can get it from War of Emperium, I believe it is from the Fad castle in Prontera. I also believe that the drop rate is REALLY, REALLY low something like 0.01% or some shit.
