GM. so sorry that i had to post this again. my guild mate have already help to report in the ticket system. However till now, nothing has been done. I was told by my guild mate that bishop(GM) has actually reply to the issue and mention something like the screen shot was not sufficient enough to prove anything.
May i know in what way will it be sufficient then? It was clearly stated that the MVP rewards was the thanatos card. I believe GM will be able to login to my account and check whether I have the card to see am i lying a not.
I also believe there should be a way to check whether did i ever trade thana card before such as using codes to back track my inventory (I'm not so sure whether is it possible).
I understand that the case is under pending now but i do hope GM Genesis can quickly help to get back on this.
