Hi,
I am able to connect fine. So are 500+ people. it is more than likely an issue with your ISP's routing from your location, to the server. A solution would be to use a VPN (like WTFAST and the like).

The correct effect is:
Atk + 2%
[Thief]
Atk + x% (Where x is the refine rate), Str + y (Where y is every 2 refines)
Max HP + -1%
The ingame effect is always the most up to date.

Did you follow the guide posted here:
for fixing white screen? Also, are you using our all-in-one? Crashes when starting the client are common when core files are missing.

There is no way to change the game font size. There is also no way to rebind battlemode on pre-renewal clients.
