When you launch RO, make sure you do not do anything outside of the client. Let it load fully.

It is a sequence of other NPCs you must speak to before being able to do this. Also, make sure all the items you have are the items with the correct item ids.

This is a message stating the computer you are using is banned for scamming, not the account necessarily.

Delete it from your fRO directory.

This file is a necessary file for fRO. It might be your copy is corrupted. You can try redownloading it. If it is through a torrent, recheck it using your client.

Our all-in-one has the correct setup.exe, which is the one you should be using. Make sure to open setup.exe not opensetup.exe

This signifies a permission or driver issue with your graphic card. Try reinstalling the drivers.
