    You are erroring because there are several NPCs on that map that are in the latest kRO. You will need to either update your core files, or download the all-in-one.

    More than likely a graphical driver issue. Fresh reinstall of drivers would fix it.
    You are zoomed too far more than likely. This is a graphical driver issue.

    You need to be fully updated in order to run the game. If you are behind on patches, you will need to be up to date before playing the game.
