I believe the hp % increase is calculated before the numerical increase which is why it seems so low. As for the damage mod change, I wouldn't really mind myself, this small buff for sns shouldn't hurt.

Nope, defeats the purpose of event exclusive items from npc and will take any value away that the event coupon had over donation coupons.

Ah, you are right, just tested it out myself. The low percentage of damage increase with pandaring just confused me a bit. (10% seems a bit obsolete?) Yeah by all means upgrade pandaring, 10% is very low.

Hydra/TG/Goldenring/FBH's demihuman damage increase will not affect Stave Crasher at all. Only higher MATK or our custom Pandaring card(10% more damage w/ stave) will affect the total damage for stave.

1. I say no. RoPs are meant to be exclusive, only available for purchase during the small period that it was available for donation. The limited amount we have is what makes the economy for them. 2. No again.. this would pretty much ruin the economy of our belts, virtually making every belt cost the same. Unless of course this NPC charges a substantial amount.. (25?) but even then I would think that this is just a waste of time. 3. I don't think it should, but it did come with that huge official update which has caused a multitude of changes. But if anything, I do agree with having it changed to not penetrating it anymore.

Our GTB currently provides immunity to the above.. what he is proposing is that those skills pierce GTB.

Not to my knowledge, no, although it is required that you are knowledgeable about the server (meaning you have played or are currently playing) and its current status which goes hand in hand with the activity requirement as a GM.

You are referring to Taekwons, whom do have a "shit load hp". Star gladiators do not. It's the contrary actually, the SG hp mod is pretty bad.

Most GMs (ours at least) do have their own legits and do play them. For head admins, it is less practical.

EDP on a sinx yields a lot more damage than hatred on a Star Glad would, very far from op. It also seems that you are confused, SGs have always been able to use hatred on players.

I agree, and I would even suggest to remove the hatred limit. Star glad is the (probably) one class that you will not see PvPing or even being used. Sounds good, micro suggestions like these help to slowly increase the class balance in our server.

While I am neutral to the suggestion, this would require a majority vote since some people might prefer the graphical version. We can also see that fRO is not at a time to be concerned with small aesthetics of the game play, they are still working on bigger updates/balance and not "polishing" yet.

I am also voting for number 4. The soft colors used in the background and on the robot bring out a nice feeling of simplicity. The font used for this signature also embodies the theme of mecha quite well, as well as looking good with the overall signature.

It sounds alright. If anything, it will strengthen the price of speed potion tickets and perhaps also strengthening the ever so useless event coupon.
