You can stack as many as you please. The cards loose effect when they get stacked, though. Two hydras would be 35% more damage, the first one has the normal 20%, while the second one has a stack penalty and loose effectiveness, reducing it to 15%. The more cards you stack, the harsher stack penalties cards get.

According to your expectations for MvPing, an assassin cross would be best not to kill your fingers. Get the right weapons, EDP and let /nc handle the killing. Although, if you don't use a champ, you're letting yourself open to high odds of having your MvP stolen, and I mean high odds.

In esence, it is a third party program. But Gravity long told the players that anything that fabricated an Homunculus AI was perfectly permited. This allowed players to have "legal botting" also known as "homun farming", which was basically construct an AI so that an homunculus would kill anything on sight while the creator kept leveling up and sometimes keeping the items dropped as well. At any rate, since this is a PK server, it can't bring any harm to us. If any creator starts to farm with their homunculus, you just simply kill both. In the end, it could be actually interesting to see some creators come up with nicely done AIs that really come in handy in battle.
