    I'd prefer 2 Civil 2 TG carded weapon. Cause GR are commonly used by players and it's really really cheap. So assume that everyone has it. But for those who doesn't have GR, 2 TGs will do the job. Cause not having GR armor would mean you'll deal your normal damage. No -75% penalty. Lol. Just don't bump reflect types. o.O
