    1.  Ping is decent enough,  I used to play at 300 ms.  Just stay away from ping reliant classes (Champ, Clown) and you will be fine.
    2. Quest Royal Angel Wing.  I think that is used for the non donation? not sure sorry.
    3.  I havent raided in a while so I am not sure, I think 8-10?

    Only the homunculus Lif works as intended really.  And lif is really the most useful in our settings anyway so just get lif. :)
