    the agi till max aspd is innecesary actually, with the right gears and 300 dex you'll reach max aspd (195). So if we are talking about stats focus on str/vit/dex Anyways if u can get the gauntlets instead of dex belts that would be better since gauntlets are slotted and grants you 2 more cards on gear

    i suggest u check the board at fcity with woe/GvG times, then type @time in server and check what's the time diff between server and the place where you leave
