I think it is quite ugly myself the way they wear their pants, but it is their choice to dress how they want to. I mean it's freedom to do as they wish. Hell I have my style of skater/punk style and I'm not even a skater or a punk, it's just what makes me happy. If they want the fines to show off their ugly boxers, let them have fun. I just won't look ;)
