um... he should be fun ^__^ xD i guess lol; And one should be able to type in English (and not 'Lhya-Language'), with correct or near-correct spelling, punctuation and grammar. It doesn't have to be perfect but it should at least make you not sound like a fucking retard. Also he or she should have an IQ above 70, which pretty much rules out 80% of the applicants.
