I've donated a lot and I'd prefer the current system where I actually get to communicate with an intelligent person rather than an error-prone paypal reading interface, which would probably not be self-coded (because I sure as hell am not coding it, FluxCP is probably a piece of shit and I doubt Genesis has ever done work with socket API). I *think* aura blade adds 100 ATK, which always pierces DEF (but doesn't affect the main damage, nor get affected by your incant/thana). So if you have incant on your wep it's just +100 ATK. If you have thana on your wep, it's an additional +100 ATK which doesnt get affected by thana; And if you have neither on your wep it would be +100 ATK which pierces DEF (it only). That's the way it makes sense to be, don't take it for granted though. Sacrificing incant (and all your 2-something-k of ATK) for an extra 100 ATK isn't really worth it. Incant/SG/SG/TG still rapes TG/TG/SG/SG most of the time.

..yes that's exactly why my asura kills you. And with 150 dex total, the average HIT is around 400, meaning with 3 phrees you'd have 700 hit which is enough to hit you nearly every time. 2 phrees would still hit you enough to do decent damage. In addition the lack of tao and GTB leaves you open to coma (tarot), magic and raping your HP, since profs don't exactly have the best HP modifier. Also Thana doesn't stack. Sure your build might do well 1 on 1, but you simply can not tank 10+ people. Unless you find a build that's immune to coma/magic, AV, desperado, asura, SB, thana and ranged; which you haven't. In particular desperado and AV can still hit you with all your flee, bypass PD, and desperado doesn't get reduced by ranged either. In fact, all it takes to kill you is one clown. quod erat demonstrandum

1. Please don't say your English is better than mine if you can't even type a proper sentance. 2. Madox, elemental cloaks are actually insanely useful. Not anybody has thana, and even if they do, for example tao/bathory + skoll/myst is *great* even against thana sinxs, assuming they're using poison (easy to see if they do). If you really wanna know what element they're using, force them to switch wep somehow. (eg. trying to edge a katar or shield sinx to make them put on GTB for at least a second) 3. Once again, Hollowrings aren't really needed in my opinion. 4. If you're rich enough to afford 10 cloaks, you probably won't be needing a guide for that.. 5. On notepad you can turn on word wrap and it behaves *exactly* like the Standard Editor on here. Surely an IT bachelor such as yourself ought to figure that out. 6. Is it just me or was the guide 10x as long yesterday? If so, you should add devi/devi to the cloak list again.

1. It's Thesik Bellamorte 2. (In general) If you have 100 PD and 300 agi in the same build, GR and devs are not going to fucking save you from asura. Not if that asura comes from somebody with 300 str and FBH/Tanee, double thana mace, hollowrings, fset, backpack, imperial, str belts and emp aura etc. And even if for some reason it does, keep in mind that flee is based on a percentage. That EDP linked sonic blow *will* hit you if they try often enough with 2 phrees.

(Writing this as a separate post because - well - it's a separate post. Not sure if anybody will still check my post if I just edit it. Sorry in advance if my double posting disturbed anybody.) Here's my advice on clown, being a mediocre clown player myself: - For armor, switch between Tao/Puppet, GR/Tao and OL/OL in special situations. If you want, carry an extra GR/RSX armor, although it's generally more worth it to just get FCP, because you practically need tao for the HP either way. I usually default Tao/Puppet, as I don't have enough HP to survive a full asura without devs either way, which leads me to: - For cloak, I personally switch between Skoll/Assassin Cross and Devi/Devi. Hollowring isn't really needed at all unless you're *really* cheap or an avid PvP room player that hates relogging to get more yggs. - For arrows, I default shadow, occasionally switching to ghost (immaterial) if I know I can. If I'm facing somebody that's stone-able, I use fire arrows (naturally). In the rare case that somebody would have no fset (full resist build perhaps), I naturally use frost joker + wind arrows. Also, be sure to use Arrow of Counter Evil instead of Holy Arrow. - I also recommend carrying around ~10 elemental verters, if only for fun. Sometimes, especially when using thana, I can hit insane amounts of damage simply with melee hits, but you need a verter for that. Prime examples are paladins, however: - Strategy for paladins: If you encounter a paladin that has his auto guard / defending aura skills up, keep in mind you can use Tarot Card of Fate to instantly dispell them, even with GTB on (which he'll most probably need due to the coma card). As soon as you get that neat, white fucker of a card, AV him to oblivion. Note of course that this also works for devotion, however you have to dispell the *paladin* and then AV the devotee, preferably a sinx with no shield on or something.

Take this advice as friendly, constructive criticism. If you want to get your points across, it helps a lot to make sure people can actually read what you say. I know you said it's "the way [you] speak of it", but it honestly doesn't consume that much time and/or brain power to write a properly structured text. You'll find people take you a lot more seriously.
