I agree with Genesis, acer is not quite a good brand, i was handling a service team before and we got lot's of complain about it, but with your price and the specs that you mentioned, it would be fine, i suggest you take Dell or HP, based on my experience as an IT it is cheap and reliable too, and to mention Toshiba it is also good but the price is quite expensive compare to HP and Dell, but it is still up to you.
