lol agreed noobs are still noobs with equips...But if you are talking about experience, you cant just judge a players experience by how long they have been in a guild or on FRO server. As FRO is a highrate server, like many other server, it attracts veteran players who have plenty of experience because they play many different servers gaining experience and new skills techniques hints and tips. so a new player shouldnt be written off by their equips because they may have the skill to be a better player then a guildmember that has been there for years..... But thats getting off topic. my point was that Skill+Numbers = success, RM = all numbers with cheap salary, Escape = alot more skill specific recruitment with high salary. And yes escape may still have most their veterans in the guild still but i was addressing the comment that tick made about recruitment and not accepting old guildies unless they were the recruitment class.

lol no need to get angry i was jus stating my opinion, and yes i can see that class specific recruitment comes with advantages. but yet personally i think a guild needs both numbers and skilled/equiped players, take RM for example(half the guild is noob or has no good equips), but they have numbers to do half ok in a woe. And from the high salary that tick is offering members it is clear he demands quality players/classes + loyalty rather then just numbers and loyalty(ppl there for the salary) In the end tick probably has the right idea, weeding out and selecting class players to build a VERY STRONG guild in the long run. but its a long process of finding right players who are willing to work through the developmental stages of a guild.

lol sounds like tick is rebuilding escape with class specific recruiting, and ditching ex guildies who were loyal till they were told to join trans...and who can blame him when he is giving such a big salary - salary qpn needs to be well spent.... anyways what would i know i will have a gunslinger soon, im all geared with 3kiels fset etc.... will post again once i made it and when i buy a gun
