the answer on your first question is simple - if you want those buffs and you cant afford/do not have the hideout, you can aswell multiple cilents and buff yourself ;). and what i really don't like in this thread is accusing players who gets the access to the buffs - please do not accuse the whole guild who happened to get access to the buffs of randoming people - you don't know each one of them, you cant speak for them and their actions. i myself got access to the buffs and i never ever in my entire stay on fro didn't random one newbie in forfild or anywhere else. if i accidentaly (and by some strange coincidence) killed someone outside WoE, i think i apologized each one of them. now to reply or not to reply, accept the apology or not, is on them really. people who usually random new players is as Veracity said, players who are better/very well geared, with some arrogant attitude, which i personally know many people in my own guild don't have. sure there might be few of them, buffing themsefves and go random new people (or/and you), but they are not the only one and won't be the only one. i've seen un-buffed well geared players killing newbies in forfild too, and no, they do not (always) apologize as one of you have stated. purpose of GH was to have fun with them even outside WoEs or GvGs. as for other things, i think people did tell all already (:
