i'm not specialist in the class, but i played some and was kinda fun, i know some things you'd definitly need.
Kiels and a maya purple. Put them in the avaliable headgear slots you have, the best option i think would be with four slots (fhelm+any aura+ruck/ribbon) 3kiels and a maya p.
FElite guitar with inca/thana and 3 TGs
Shield with Usakoring+another with GTB(don't leave your home without one! lol)
FCloak/Clownelite cloak with Assassin card and a skoll/raydric.
Dex belts
FBHs in the shoes, try one and a moonlight if they get your sp too low, running faster is always good for someone who's ranged.
Two armors should do; one GR+Tao and another OL+OL, you may carry another Valk armor with GR in caze someone breaks your other two by some major bad luck XP
DEX higher than 260 and in multiples of 10 preferably(the total value as in 269+121), but try to not max it out, i've heard and is kinda true that any stat maxed out is a waste of points.
VIT needs to be the second higher i'd say 180~200 in the max value.
AGI enough to max aspd; shouldn't need to be too high, DEX rises aspd so get DEX first XD
LUK kinda useless if you don't plan on making a PD build.
STR&INT not quite sure about these two, but extra SP&damage for Jupitel Thunder and extra weight capacity are both tempting...i'd say around 80~100 STR and rest INT(if there's any left) is a good choice =P
