GM has personal life's too. If you think they need to recruit more, then you guys should do the application and make the best out of it so you can get recruited. Being a GM is not easy, you have to deal a lot of problems, being helpful to everyone, there might even be people who hates you, and if you can't control the player when hosting event, you'll get underestimated.1 point
