Amitsu Posted January 23, 2009 Report Posted January 23, 2009 so like i was walking to a quicklys(azn tapioca store) with my friends. and apparently we saw a tow-truck towing a police car on the main street. got a glimpse so no idea if there was something wrong with it but it was pretty damn funny. if i had a camera I'd have chased it down and take a picture lol.
