Because it sort of reminds me of some still from a movie - and the ragnarok sprite looks revamped into some Pokemon game! It's definitely an interesting take on sprite tags, and is well done. The second one does not appeal to me at all; that fire...like wtf. Is the priest holding a flame launcher? Is this some ragnarok-GTA crossover signature? Or is he being attacked by fire. I just don't get it.

The first RPG I ever played was GameBoy's Pokemon, and the only thing I remember about it is that when I walked on the grass all the random pokemons showed up and killed me.

[Flames removed] - I vote for 1 even if it looks like if you just used brushes for the grass, a circular gradient for the sun and the cloud effects with a color balance. At least you could tell what class it is, but the grass could have been a different color for better dramatic effects.. :P

iRawr Posted January 1, 2009 Report Posted January 1, 2009 This first one shows a sign of peacefullness. And adds and RPG feeling to it. The grass is shaded in the right place, wich adds a great effect. I think you have got the mood pretty spot on for this signature. The only thing that looks wrong is its a tad plain. Maybe add some characters or something. The colours are well balanced and thats always good in a sig. To the right of the sprite theirs nothing and whatever is in the top right corner doesn't look that good. The flames look great but I've never seen a priest shoot flames out of his hand. I'm going to have to put my vote on the first signature.

Just because I voted for number one does not mean that I do not like the second. I love them both, I just have an attraction to simple things. :D
Defiance Posted January 2, 2009 Report Posted January 2, 2009 I voted for sig #1. Comparing the quality of the two sigs, the first one stands out with its fresh concept. The fire and the priest just doesn't mix well.
