Icon Posted August 14, 2008 Report Posted August 14, 2008 @sang- lol , sorry I'm just being a hater, show off what you got before you start to fall apart .. and I love the hair as well @mez- we were wrestlers .. it's our job to drop/gain weight within days of an event ... you'd be surprised what a strict yet short workout program can accomplish .. no super weight training or too much stress on the body, just regular routines of situps, weighted running, pushups and some weight lifting. EDIT: and eating right.

If you get hit with the finger you will almost always instantly let go of ur opponent. and we didnt have GNC and things like that readily available back then so we HAD to eat right

HAVEN'T you seen naruto? the secret finger juitsu(spellcheck) its exactly what it sounds like .. its very uncomfortable, so if you've got the guy almost pinned and the only thing he can reach is your backside ... a well placed knuckle will almost insure you lose your grip. EDIT: it was usually followed by a huge wedgie while they were trying to flip you over
