Card Remover Npc question

i ran a search but the only thing that showed up was someone asking where it was, what i would like to know is if removing the card from the gear breaks the gear on this server as it does on some other servers????

2. Walk up the stairs, but don't go to the top building. Instead, go right and enter the building. You'll see grandmama there.

3. And no, she's 100% successful all the time.

I just usually warp to @warp fcity 70 174 - and I'm right in front of the house where the card remover / platinum skill giver is in.

Remember you'll need :

• 1 Star Crumb
• 1 Yellow Gemstone
• Zeny

You'll need those to decard 1 item.
